There are three types of service available in our company, customized mugs, readymade mugs and bulk mugs for corporate uses. If any customer doesn’t like his readymade mugs, the money can be refunded if he contacts us within 48 hours of the purchase. But for customized mugs, no money will be refunded after the printing has been done. For huge quantity customized orders like bulk mugs for corporate uses, the order can be cancelled before the printing is done and the money can be refunded. But, once printing is done, no money can be refunded.

If any mug is broken during delivery time or any problem about printing, the mug will be replaced by new mug if the customer contacts us within 48 hours of the delivery. Delivery charges are required for home deliveries. But, if you can pick your mugs from our office, no charge will be required. Our home deliveries are fast. It’ll only take 24 hours to deliver readymade mugs inside Dhaka. Customized mugs and bulk mugs may need more time based on the quantity of the ordered mugs. Customer satisfaction is the first priority of our service.

Can I make a mug with any picture? Yes, you can use your own design. Your picture or anyone else with pictures can create a simple magic mug.

How many pictures will be available in a mug? You can add maximum 3 pictures in a mug. Generally, a picture and a message are best in a mug. However, if you are not interested to add message then you can provide 2 pictures.

How long will the print of mugs? We do maximum quality printing, as a result not be a problem. As long as mug will be, print will be continued.

What’s the delivery time and charges? We deliver our products to all regions of the country including Dhaka city. Delivery time can be different on different territory, But our product delivery is normally done within 3 days. In Dhaka city, the home delivery charge is 50 BDT and outside of the Dhaka courier charge is 80 BDT.

How will Pay? If your order is in the Dhaka city will have to pay after getting the product. If you are outside the Dhaka city have to pay in advance by bKash (BRAC Bank Mobile Banking Service).
