Magic Mug BD is a popular service for ordering customized and readymade magic mugs for gifts and corporate uses. We have been rendering our service since 2012. However, the online service has been started from 1 January 2015. Magic Mug BD knows that customer satisfaction is the key to make a good will in the market. So, along with our ordering policies, our return and refund policy is kept very easy considering the problems of the customers. Magic Mug BD only charges 50% of the money when the order is placed. The rest of the money has to be paid after the delivery. You can easily place your order through our website.

There are three types of service available in our company, customized mugs, readymade mugs and bulk mugs for corporate uses. If any customer doesn’t like his readymade mugs, the money can be refunded if he contacts us within 48 hours of the purchase. But for customized mugs, no money will be refunded after the printing has been done. For huge quantity customized orders like bulk mugs for corporate uses, the order can be cancelled before the printing is done and the money can be refunded. But, once printing is done, no money can be refunded.

If any mug is broken during delivery time or any problem about printing, the mug will be replaced by new mug if the customer contacts us within 48 hours of the delivery. Delivery charges are required for home deliveries. But, if you can pick your mugs from our office, no charge will be required. Our home deliveries are fast. It’ll only take 24 hours to deliver readymade mugs inside Dhaka. Customized mugs and bulk mugs may need more time based on the quantity of the ordered mugs. Customer satisfaction is the first priority of our service.
